The Opus by OMNIYAT is one of Dubai’s most celebrated landmarks and the only building in the world designed entirely by the late Dame Zaha Hadid. Conceived as a sculptural cube carved by a fluid, organic void, it is a striking fusion of art, architecture, and innovation.
By day, the reflective façade mirrors Dubai’s sky; by night, a dynamic LED light matrix transforms the structure into a luminous urban artwork. The dramatic central void—flowing and poetic—defines the building’s identity and exemplifies Hadid’s vision of harmony between form and nature.
Within this architectural masterpiece lies a limited collection of 96 ultra-luxury residences, ranging from one- and two-bedroom homes to exceptional duplexes and triplexes.
